STOP Keyboard Auto pop-up while browsing?!

I have recently got a Xperia tablet Z and I couldn't be more happy about it. There is one small thing that would make things perfect...could anyone please tell me how to stop the keyboard auto pop-up while browsing the net?! This is particularly disturbing when I'm trying to go on my regular pages where I've searched for news or something similar, all I'm trying to see is the content but all I get to see is the keyboard that pops up and my previous searches on the other half of my screen's real estate . Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You.

Does this happen even though you don't tap any field where you can input text? The keyboard should only pop-up when you tap a field where you can type something. Tapping somewhere else on the page will hide the keyboard.

If this happens on certain web pages the problem could perhaps be that a text field is auto selected by the web page.

No exactly that's the problem...it happens without me tapping anywhere...regardless of what web page I'm visiting as long as the page has an text input field,and pretty much they all do, the first thing I see is the keyboard and then the actual page loading, so every time I have to tap somewhere else to make the keyboard disappear. This gets pretty annoying after a while .I've searched online for a solution but couldn't find one... so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Which browser are you using in the tablet? If using Chrome, try installing the latest version from Google Play.

The browser makes no difference... It's the same with stock,Chrome, Firefox or Dolphin...so far I've tried those...

Are you using the standard keyboard or a 3:rd party keyboard?

Is your tablet updated to Android 4.2?

standard xperia keyboard and yes it's updatet to 4.2.2

Could you give me an example of a webpage where this happens?

Any page that has a text input field... google.com

There must be something wrong in your tablet. When i open www.google.com using Chrome my keyboard doesn't pop-up. Only when i tap the search box or address field i can see the keyboard.

Try clearing data for Xperia keyboard under Settings -> Apps -> All and see if that helps. If not i recommend that you try making a repair of the software using PC Companion.
