Sticky Keys Problem

Hello.

After the latest update, my Xperia S slowly started to act annoying. I don't have slowing down problems or anything. My problem is with the middle interactive button stickiness and chatbox. When I tap the chatbox to bring up virtual keyboard, it pretends like I am holding down and keyboard does not appear, most of the time if not always. It's the same way with my space bar on the keyboard, when I tap it, it gets highlighted but doesnt add a space. Also happens on other letters too but mostly spacebar. Takes me like 3 minutes to write a little text straight these days.

I already tried repairing on PC suit. After that, I did a factory reset. Still the same sticky buttons problem. Any help would be appericiated.

Thank you for your answer, did the test and it was mostly ok. Though didn't seem completely alright. I will take the phone to a sony center right away.
