status bar

Whenever I press on the left side of the screen the status bar come down. This is sooooo frustrating, so when I am simply looking throu music or writing a text the status bar comes down messing all of that up all the time! How do I stop this

So there is no way to stop it....hum.... well I think it is awful. Is there anyway I can delete the last update to go back to the way it was before the update when it wasnt an issue?

If you wish to downgrade:

/t5/Software-Updates/Downgrade-Z3-compact-and-others-from-Lollipop-to-KitKat/m-p/955640#U955640

Although be careful, downgrading might void warranty on some markets.
