Status bar and freeze issues

Last week i noticed that there's an issue that status bar opening itself sometimes and when this happens i can't close it by myself. And also there's a problem that when i'm messaging with my friends, phone freezing and restarting itself. That freezing problem happend only two times since i bought the phone. Anybody have info about that?

I stayed 10 minutes on safe mode but nothing happend. But i don't know why and when this issues happens.

I have the same problem with android 4..4.4, any solution????
