You should be able to source them by doing this:
To download Internet and messaging settings
Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) / Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) / Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) / Android 4.2
From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Find and tap Settings > More... > Internet settings.
Note! Mobile data transmission charges may apply when you download Internet settings to your device.
Troubleshooting
If you still cannot access the Internet, or if you receive an error message when you download the Internet settings, this might have the following reasons:
Your network operator does not allow the download of Internet settings or accessing the mobile Internet. Please contact your network operator for more information.
Your device has no or limited network connection. Check the signal strength icon in the status bar to make sure that your device is connected to a network. Then try to download the Internet settings again.
Your subscription does not support the download of Internet settings. If possible, try to download the settings using another SIM card.
