STAMINA MODE Stopped Working

My satmina mode is longer working.

stand by time with it and without it is the same

I saw a advice on echo mode controller i cant understand how to do the 

1. forced stop

2.clearing the data

3.restarting the phone

please help......

My phone works for about 3 days..with gps off..mobile data sos..3g off.. no vedio no music..few photos from camera. but after charging stamina mode syas 14 hours but my phone actually works for three days..stamina mode duration is not changing..

does anyone knoe the file name which represents echo mode? to force shut down it?
