Stamina Mode Dont Work & Missing Eco Mode Controller

Hello Sony,

I Have big problem with Stamina Mode, dont work, when its active i can receive notification and internet (wifi and 4G) is Active

i read here the unique solution is to go to Setting - App - All - Eco Mode Controller  , BUT I CANT Find it, Also in SAFE MODE , nothing to do, i dont know what wrong ??????

i have XPERIA Z1  c6903   android 4.3   14.2.A.0.290  The last version , Orange Spain

So pls can you tell me the solutions of this issu, im really desapointed

i Confirm Stamina need 15 min to be really activated , and yes i have find the Eco Controller as   " CONTROLADOR DEL MODO ECO "  because my phone is in spanish , this is for spanish users 

I have another question if you permit, whats the real resolution of the wallpaper ? because i dont want to cute the picture when i choose it as wallpaper

1080x1920 should be,but I think you will need to crop either way.
