So far so good, I have just updated this firmware few hours ago. I got that it's smoother and faster, but I have not got any differences between .400 and .100 (the newest). Hopefully that Sony can tell us the changes!

just updated to 6.2.1.100 - now included application optimization ...

what do you mean by "application optimization"? btw you don't need antivirus, taskillers, battery apps, task managers, ram apps.

durin the update process - application optimization took place - and "maybe" this is the new feature for this build... not seeing from processes from previous versions.

i use kaspersky and du battery saver pro only for my system apps. unit standby time took for about 7-days and more stable battery usage.

don't play much of games anyway.

why do you have "kaspersky"? there aren't virus on Android, as long as you download apps from the play store you are going to be fine, same goes with taskillers and antivirus you do NOT need them.

As far as security is concerned, never say never. It was merely a matter of time before someone with programming knowledge and malicious intents did something similar. Yes, Android's security model can get in the way and limit what these (antivirus) apps can do, but some is still better than none. Oh and if you're wondering how apps get scanned, the contents of /data/app (where all installed apks are located) is accessible - but not browseable - even on non-rooted phones.
