I just got a ST21a today, purchased mainly for its small size. I like it. (I wish there was a rugged version of this phone (like the Active) with most recent Android version! It could be a tiny bit bigger [<15mm] and that would be OK.)
As a test of the voice-activated search, I spoke "Acme Pizza" after allowing Google to know my location. After about 45 seconds, the voice said "Acme Pizza!" and there was the phone number on the screen. A little slow, but OK.
However, now, whenever I open the browser, the voice says "Acme Pizza!". Is this Google remembering its most recent search? Is there any way to tell it "Enough, already! Stop giving me the phone number of Acme Pizza!"
Hi and welcome to the community!
This is not something i've heard of before. Have you tried closing any open tabs in Chrome? You can see open tabs by swiping the address field down in Chrome.
If that doesn't help, try clearing data for Chrome and Google/Google Search under Settings -> Apps and see if it helps.
