Hi,

My xperia E downloads this female for english in text to speech update for almost 3 months, I din know if that has actually downloaded the update but it keeps showing for all this three months.

someone help fix this issue.

when an application gets updated, there will be a downloading notification on the screen, when it is done it disappears. But in this case the text to speech app is getting updated for a female voice, and it keeps showing the notification for a long time. Its 3 months since it started showing that notification. I din know if it has updated, it even shows when I turn off the data transfer.

Try settings - Accessibility and check it's turned off then open Settings - Apps and swipe to All then locate and open Talkback and tap on force stop then clear cache and clear data then reboot and test

Open the update centre app is there anything in there about it?
