Speaker turning on itself

Hello ,

I am having strange problem with my Xperia Z , After latest update my speaker is turning on itself during calls n I have to press speaker button two times to switch it back to earpiece .

and sometimes after above issue my speaker stops working and my earpiece plays all the sounds like  phone ring tone , music.

It looks like speaker gets shifted to earpiece as all the sound comes through earpiece.

I have to restart phone to get my speakers back to normal..

I tested my phone in water few months back , may be in march so I am sure its not a water problem. 

Can someone please help

1.Try restart your phone by press and holding power button and volume up key for 15 sec, u will get three vibrations and your phone will switch off, after a while switch on the phone.

If not work.

2.Try reinstall new update via PC companion.
