Speaker problem Z5 premium!!

I bought a new z5 premium 5 days ago..its ok so far but i have a slight problem with it i dont know exactly why this happens but sometimes for a sudden the phone turns to be silent so if i recived a call or a notofication the phone just vibrates even when i play music the sound goes so low..the issue get fixed everytime after restarting the phone and happens again the next day..it is so frustarting and i dont know whats the reason..i disabled the smart connect and downloaded the SoundAbout App...can i have an explannation from experts please and should i return the phone back to the retailer???

This can be a software issue or an app acting up. Can you restart your phone in safe mode and check if the same issue appears again?

thanks for the quick reply but will running the phone on a safe mode will affect the phone anyhow? and also i want to ask anout the SoundAbout App is it helpful in this case or should i unistall it?

Safe mode will allow only system apps to boot and run with the phone, and will disable any third party apps. Thus limiting any software interferences with basic phone functionality. For that app, I'm sorry I didn't use it before and don't know any information about it.
