Speaker problem - XPeria L

Estou com um problema no alto falante superior do meu xperia L (o alto falante em que ouço as chamadas), e a execução de músicas via walkman e de vídeos também não reproduz som.

Im having trouble with my superior speaker (the speaker that I hear calls) and problem with audio when I play musics and vídeos.

Is it can be a problem of driver or a broken speaker? Or another thing,

After new update 15.3.A.1.17
My external speakers volumes get low some times...
I have to restart the phone every time it happens...
Whats the problem is... & what the solution?

This is a known problem with Sony phones. They have fixed it with firmware updates on their more expensive models. I think we have three options :
1. Return our phones.
2. Hope and wait for Sony to release a software fix. This might not happen considering that they have not admitted to their being a problem.
3. Restart our phones after every phone call.
