Speaker problem on z5

My phone rings, gets message notifications etc all normally. The problem I have is when I watch videos or want listen to music and play games etc, I get no sound unless I use headphones. Can you help me please.

How strange. Do you hear anything if you increase/decrease the media volume, Settings > Sound & notification, when you don't have a headset connected to your phone?

No. No sound apart from ring tones, messages and alarm. Just no sound for music, videos and games unless I use headphones.

Is it the same if you restart your phone into safe mode as well?

I faced the same problem,I changed my Z5 premium phone and the new one have the same problems with playing videos, thete is no sound without headphones.Can u help me

@Abdulhalim That is odd. Have you tested in safe mode as well? Do you use the pre-installed Video app or are you using another one to watch video?
