Speaker doesn't work

i bought sony xperia miro 2 days before.. and i just cannot hear :@ all of this started yesterday, I could hear music and anything, the only problem was when somebody would call me and I couldn't hear them unless I put on my speaker. Anyways, I thought I'd look into it the next day but, today, I can't hear anything at all..

If adjusting the volume doesn't help i recommend that you first try restarting the phone and that you also try making a repair of the phones software using a computer and PC Companion or Bridge for Mac: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/computer-software/.

If that doesn't help i suggest you contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for assistance.
