Speaker doesn't work on Xperia T

MY PHONE INTERNAL SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING ,THIS MEANS I HAVE TO SWITCH ON THE EXTERNAL SPEAKER 

TO MAKE PHONE CONVERSATION, THIS MEANS NO PRIVATE CONVERSATION.

the app failed to solve the internal speaker problem, also the mic. failed the test to.

anymore ideas.

This might be a hardwar issue, you could repair your phone with SUS or PCC

solved problem .connected in the ear phone jack to listen to music . removed same checked phone using sony diagnostics

the test passed. {problem may have been caused by phone falling, shocking  something internal in phone .}

Download "Xperia Diagnostics" from google play and test ear speaker but it wont work. Plugin earphone and remove then do the test again and repeat the same no. of times. It will start working
