Speaker and Blinking problem

My speakers are just..stupid.My friend says that he can barely hear me.And i speak loud.
My screen is sometimes going black for a blink...It's annoying.
Any advices???
P.S. My English is bad.Sorry for it.

For your Microphone check Settings then Call settings and if ticked, untick microphone noise suppression and see if that helps
