Sp wont charge

My Xperia SP wont charge and my Laptop wont recognize the usb connection, I have reset using off button on back and I have done a factory reset, used a different cables and changed the usb connectivity settings, I've only had the phone a month can you help

I'm sorry to hear. Unfortunately, there are not much more that you can try on your own. Perhaps you can try on another computer. But if the problem persist, I suggest that you contact your local support team to get information about how you should proceed in this case:

Does it charge at wall socket?

How about if you force shutdown the phone(press the little button on the back) and after that you connect to wall socket and turn it on?

I too have this issue..jus today...My phone heated up and switched off..I forgot to stop my alarm..But I don't understand this...does alarm use up that much of battery  power???

I tried charging...But the red light doesnt even come up...The charger gets hot and the phone also gets hottt !!

But this was simply solved with the  forced off button on the back . . .

Note ..press that button while u keep pressing the power button !!

And make sure u press it untill phone makes a vibration..Then once the vibration occurs..try to switch on the phone as usual..If there is no charge at all...Then charge the phone for atleast 30 minutes...While charging usually the red led comes up..In case it doesn't come up just keep charging phone for 30 minutes and try switching on only after the forced off button procedure as above...This will usually solve the issue . . .

my Sony sp won't. Charge either. Put it on recharge last night and hasn't charged. Have tried my Sony and Nokia usb recharges and not recharging
