I was trying to update software via my computer, but when I came to put the software download on to phone it went blank and now the phone won't start up (SONY comes onto screen and then it won't do anything). have tried reset button but no good. Computer won't recognise phone is attached via USB (tried different canles, so it's not that) HELP!!
