SP freezing

ive only had my sony experia a week now , and two days ago i updated it and since it keep frezzing, an application i am using will freeze and say ie "camera not responding" it is currently froze for the last hour and it wont turn off! 

im so annoyed about this i would expect this from a phone 2 years old not a week old! can someone help or should i just bring it back to the shop

open back cover and there you will find small hole...push it with tip of a pen and your phone will restart

if you face this freezing problem often so perform software repair via SUS

use the force button given under battery after opening the panel.

it will shut down your phone and restart it normally through power button
