Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Sorry to hear that you have issues with the update.
I recommend that you try perforimg a repair of the phones software using a PC and PC Companion. Please see this thread: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-E-E-dual/Failed-Update/m-p/775253#M4063
i dont have a windows i only have apple and how do i turn my phone on?
You can also perform a software repair using a Mac. For this you need Bridge For Mac: http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiae/tools/bridge-for-mac/
As the software update has failed you need to reinstall the entire operating system in the phone using your computer.
thankyou
but i put the usb as (only charge) and it doesnt work i cant get in the phone exept with music etc
The phone should not be turned on when you repair the software using a computer. Disconnect the phone from your computer, remove and reinsert the battery but do not try to power on the phone and don't connect it to your computer or charger. Then select the repair option in Bridge for Mac, follow the instructions and don't connect the phone until it says that you should hold volume down and connect the cable.
but it says i need a backup and i dont have one and i can turn my phone on in the first place and it doesnt let me connect to the pho so i can do the restore
As the phone can't be turned on i'm afraid it will not be possible to take a backup of the data that is saved in the phone which means that you will loose all your data.
