Why its soundis.very low....even ringing clicking...i.just.bought it and cant hear it well

Go to setings-sounds-make sure that the volume bar is raised to how much you need.

Very strange.It might have something to do with the external speaker.Did you submerge the phone into water?

Try this:download sony update service on your pc and reinstall your firmware:

If this does not help,you should return the phone.
