sound problem

hii,i have a problem with my tipo,i cant hear sound during a call,i am able to hear the ringtones,everything else is working fine.the phone is detecting headset even after i take it off the phone.i am able to hear normal once i connect the headset..plz help me to turn the headset mode off

This seems to be an issue with the in ear speaker, I suggest that you first try a software repair on the device to see if this helps.

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
