Sound Enhancement

There's always some "lagging sound" when i play musics using headset and "surround fiture" activated. I think this isn't caused by hardware because the "lagging sound" disappeared when i turn on the screen.

I've updated my phone but the problem not resolved. "Factory reset" also not work to fix this problem.

How can i fix this?

In that case I'd recommend that you send in the phone to a service center for repair, as there isn't much you can do by yourself. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information:

same happens with me after the JB upgrade coz there is no such prob in ICS u guys must realese a walkman fix for this coz in update the walkman player also gets a update therfore itzz confirm that theire is a soft. prob.
