Sound, Bluetooth and app problems on my sony xperia Z3 ( Never a Sony product ever again)

I bought my Z3: 2014-12-26 And it was a really good phone. My top and bottom speaker was great and i had no problems with the

phone overall besides of the small glitches in the software, otherwise it was fine.

Later in January i bought a bluetooth speaker
Slightly_frowning_Face http://www.trophy.se/our-products/sound/ ) good speaker but i had problems to play music from it.

If i paired it with bluetooth my xperia would stop play music after ca10 minutes.

Error messages would apear on the phone that apps are crashing and the screen would most of the time also freeze in the end.

I had up to 30 apps crashing for no reasons and the sound would disappear from the phone all together. My paired speaker will also start to search after the phone wich is indicated on the blue blinking light.

I you leave it being for about 10 minutes it  the phone recovers, but the sound does not. Like it is stilll connected to the speaker, but it is not. The volume icone showes that it is back to normal, but the media and system sound is muted.

I played music from the player pro app (Best music app ever btw) and thought that it may have cuased the problem, But it did the same with the walkman app and google music app. Walkman app worked the worst off them. (well great..)

Then i tried to turn off the trow function just for research but it did not work. Ok maybe it is the speaker, then i tried my speaker with my friends phones and all of them worked perfectly. (My friends phones: Sony z3c, lgg3, iphone 5s.)
The bigest problem was also if i had my wifi turned on att the same time as pairing with my speaker, then **bleep** broke loose.

Well I then accepted my faith and started to play music from the charging cable that also was an audio jack. (multicable with one micro usb that you plugg in to the speaker and on the other side one regular 3.0 usb and one audio jack)
but the drawbacks was that the volume was very low.

The the Lollipop update came. (Yes my savior has arrived) But no, the Lollipop update F***ed up my phone really good!
Battery life dropped really good, my bottom speaker stopped to work, (Well it still works but it is really really low), also the sound volume dropped and the quality of the sound got worse in general. So did my pairing problem with the Trophy sound stop??

No it did not.

What i have tried to fix my issue:

Reboot it to factory settings: Did not solve anything, just deleted all my apps....

Update the device: battery problem fixed i think, the rest is the same.

Downloade a third part app for bluetooth: It was a bluetooth repearing app for xperia phones, Did not fix anything. (It is also deleted now)

Searching the net: Found similar problems but no solution worked.

Also worth mentioning. Before when i had KitKat i could sync both Equlizers from Player Pro and Walkman App. Then i could achive the greates sound ever ( so many good memories). But that was lost in the Lollipop update. Now i can only use one EQ for each music player sepratly. (no way of fixing this one thou)

I can make a video of it if you want to know how it looks like and what happens to my phone when i pair it.

Also the latest update in how my phone reacts to my trophy sound was made today. 2015-09-12

10 minutes of music and the screen freezes, the phone gets a black screen and you can only use the notification bar, buttons and slide to unlock. But after that the phone does not allow you to change song, pause, or basicly anyting. You can turn of bluetooth in the notification bar and turn off the speaker to make it come back. But the it is like the phone reads all your previous commands and does them all att the same time. Apps will also crash.

Does anyone have any idees?

Do i really need to root my phone so i can wipe the software on it?

UPDATE: 2016:05-24

Well it looks like the problems with my phone never ends,  the glue that holds the screen together has loosen up and you can use your nail to  remove the protective glass if you want. This means it will escelate with time and cause the glue to keep on loosing up, also that space would collect dust over time.
Also did I mention that I have problems with recharging  the phone with the power brick? The phone is almost 1 year and 4 months old and my 4 years old power brick works flawless.. Gaaah, I am so mad right now!
But it looks like that I had 24 months of warranty on my phone.

I found that information under : About phone-> Legal Information->Important information->Limited Warranty->Our warranty->Europe----Sweden = 24m (Months)
But can I use this is the real question? My phone is still under warrantycan I use this to get it fixed?
