SonyEricsson T700 - camera issue.

Hi,

the above phone's camera has suddenly stopped working, when i press the camera button i get a message which say `Press 0 for help` i do that but nothing happens
i used Sony Ericsson's PC Suite to update the software on the phone couple of days ago, however the camera worked after doing that then nothing. Secodnly i did the update again with some other updater available on your webpage. Removed battery, inserted it again. Plugged the USB to comp and then hold down "C" and then plugged it with SonyEricsson and i the program found the update.

It was done but afterwards the camera still doesn't work.

the phone is also unlocked

any idea's anybody?...thanks in advance

I would suggest you do a Master reset on the phone but remember to back everything up beforehand.If this doesn't work, you could try the "repair phone" option via PC suite.Otherwise, contact SE.

I have done that also for couple times. Since i am at work at the given moment i cannot check the PC suite thingy. That repair stuff. But doesn't installing/upgrading the newest software fix that kind of issue anyway (if there was one). Or might it still help? Been googleing, found many different threads/forums/topics about that, but noone has ever confirmed that "Thank you!, it did help!, it does work now!"

Also the radio doesn't seem to be working, but not complaining about that. It does take really long time till the application starts and then it is impossible to search for the station. It just lags and cannot hear any voice from handsfree.

As soon as i'll get home i'll try the PC suite also.
