@WO1F Your two problems seem related, maybe you have a screen protector?

It can, but you can always place a thin one instead. Is it protective glass?

Remove it, the screen does not behave too well. There are good screen protectors, but many times what you experience right now happens.

I removed it and i will test my phone today  because normally befor some time it was ok and some times it was have the 2 problem  so i will test today and i will update you, and thanks for help  i appreciate  . But you think it's screen glass problem not software or phone issues. ?

Olso when i log in sony support site  it shown my mobile as sony z5 dual but imei it written missing and warranty none.  How this ? Is it because of 2 imei number !

Yes, my bet would be on the screen protector.

Related to your account, I don't have access there, so you need to get in touch with your Local support.

You should consider performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
