sony z3 screen problem

Hi all 

i have a weird problem with my sony z3, first  the screen is freezing the picture but the touch is working, i can hear the tone when i press it

and then its blacked out, so i have to reboot the phone, and it just keep weireder, when i trun off and trun it on again, see the below picture for more details

.

i put the phone i a back of rice for two days, the same issue, and after sevral attemps of turning the phone off and on, it works like nothing happen, BUT when i turn it on, the down area is less that the first time

so i totally dont know what is this and why this is happen, does anyone facing the same issue or just me?

That seems to be a hardware issue, you could repair the phone with PCC but that will only repair software related issues, contact your Local support to get your phone inspected

the problem back again, i want to know what is the problem so no one can fraud me when i send for repair

did PCC fixed the problem? does it happen while on safe mode ?

ok its just keeping weirder 

i'm uploading a video that shows when i turn it on and shows the flicker problem and the black out

the weired thing that the phone screen (by it self) appear like nothing happen, and when i turn the phone off and on, the flicker is GONE.

so is the problem solved or what??

and i did not know how to use the PCC to fix the phone.

and for the safe mode, i followed the instructions but it did not booted in safe mode

ok the flicker is GONE

HOW???!!! 

well i dont know for sure, this what i did, and i dont know if this procedure fix the problem

the flicker problem as i said happen randamly, so i have to turn off and turn on again in order that the flicker gone and its work in some cases, so when i manage to see the screen, this is what i did

1. remove any SIM card in the device(its better to remove the SIM when the device is off)
2. turn on the device with safe mode
3. activate the ultra stamina mode
4. charge the phone, until its fully charged
5. check the phone for a while if its flicker.
6. turn off and turn on the device normaly 
7. because i made a factory format, i enabeld the wifi and install all the needed apps
8. i used my phone normaly, check every thing, from apps to camera, ect.
9. i put back the SIM card.

i notice that when the SIM card in put back, the phone start to act slower for a moment, when i press the off/on botton, the screen take seconds in order to show, so there is a short blackout.

so i dont know if its a SIM card problem issue that made the screen flicker.
