SONY Z2 LTE TABLET - Hi guys I am used to be your dedicated customer mainly with audio and mobiles as well but recently i am being pretty torn with launch of your Z2 LTE Tablet in Ireland.
Tablet was announced to be launched on 4th april 2014 and later moved to 18th April, however is still not in stock, when i ring your call-centre they say they are able to take payment of my card but delivery can be only estiamted, but not guaranteed, now approx 6th may.. meaning giving you cash for a month before i see something which to me is rip off and just way of increasing your cashflow.
I have been waiting for this since Feb when you announced relase dates but release of this is very bad, and when i ask your customer service they are unable to advise reason for such delay and cannot commit to genuine release date. I mean it is product work 630 EUR with ''support = web reading'' available only over the phone as it is purchasable thru internet only. Based on my experience with your customer service who are just quoting information from website i am loosing trust in this tablet and your company and am considering Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition.
As a last chance, can you explain why is there such delay, when it will officially realease, and comment or advise how do you want to potentially resolve such poor service from prestige brand as yours. I really really want this tablet but with after 3 calls so far with total lack of knowledge i am loosing faith in it.. please help
