Sony Z2 Sudden Death Issue

I just bought a sony xperia z2 20 days ago and suddenly the phone went off and i wasnt even using it nor downloading or uploading anything  .. I tried everything anyone has mentioned on several links on the internet "Rebooting, holding the sound button etc..." Nothing worked out to turn the phone on again.

I took it to the shop where i got the phone from he was shocked that the phone did that considering that it's still new and the first phone of the series Z2 he sells in his shop, he tried everything regarding the harware parts and even the software and nothing did fix it or get it turned on again. 

I really dont know what to do, hence am in lebanon and the phone wasnt bought from the sony retail shop or has a warranty.. but what i know is that the phone is barely used its still BRAND NEW LOOKING no scratches and it had a screen protector and a cover since day 1 before i even powered it on. 

I hope anyone could help me regarding the post i just texted.. taking into consideration that its bought in lebanon middle east and thanks a lot in forward guys

Given the nature of the problem and what you tried to do up to this point to resolve it, I would have to advise you to contact your local  Xperia Care team to see if they can assist in having your handset assessed.

I did contact Sony here in Lebanon, they  said they didnt release the phone yet in lebanon so they cant do anything 😕 and am really frustrated concerning that the phone brand "SONY" its a worldwide phone brand they should take care of every sony phone or tablet either if its bought locally or abroad... but i guess not thats not possible so far i tried everything i even went and met the secretary of the chairman, and she told me they cant do anything and i shall go to where ia got it from.. and where i got it from the shop is closing and selling everything he got.. so i guess am done with the sony z2 am gonna have a dead phone on the shelf Much Thanks for ur reply

man i am sorry for you but if your phone dont start even u have try anything better go to shop where u have buy it and get a new one 

till u have warrenty

Sony xperia is selling all the corrupt devices and out dated hardwares which crash everytime. Wasting our time and money. more importantly wasting our opportunities.
