Sony Z1 will not start after improper update

I tried using the PCC to load the update for the Z1. it broke off and the Pc does not recognize my phone but my phone will not boot without the complete update.I have tried everything even the Sony Update Service. Please help me

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds > let your phone charging for 1 hour > after 1 hour > try SUS > make sure the phone is off

Also it will be helpful ifyou elaborate

Take it to a Sony repair center
