My phone has an issue with space shows inteenal memory of 5 GB but uses 3GB only. Someone to assist.

Its space is 8Gb if I try updating some of the applications that I have downloaded its saying it doesn't have enough memory. When I check the storage only 3gb is used 5gb is free what could be the issue

I still don't think you have Z3+(Z4) because it has 32GB internal. Is it M4?

Can you post a screenshot from settings - storage? Also, from settings - about phone.

Hi there !

I have recently bought online a Sony Xperia Z3+ from a local retailer in Romania. When I received the package with the phone I noticed the following:
1. The box was not sealed. It looks like an original box (I cheked online), but unsealed. It has a sticker with information about phone model, IMEI code, bar code etc. and is made in China.
2. No headphones in the box. The other accessories were alright and looked like brand new.
3. The phone looked alright and had 2 sheets of plastic film on the front and back of the device. But when I first start the device it didn't open the Setup guide (choosing the language, connect to Wi-fi etc) like it is mentioned in the documentation I found in the box.
So, please help me with some answers:
1. Are the Sony Xperia Z3+ smartphone selled in seal boxes ?
2. Is the phone delivered with no headphones on some markets ?
3. Are all the Xperia phones running the Setup guide at the first boot ? Or it is not a mandatory rule. I am asking this in order to find out if my phone could have been used before by someone else.

I'm afraid that you bought an example from the shop's showcase.

1) Box should be sealed with SONY's seal

2) In Russia there are no headphones aswell, that is ok

3) There should be Startup guide. If you had none - it means that phone was already turned on at least once and someone passed that guide (like the model in the shop, that everyone can test)

Yes, it looks that your phone have been used. At least in the shop was tested by some customers. 

That is why when i ordered my z3+ i asked in caps to send me SEALED PACKAGE!

Yes...this is strange because the Actual running time from Settings-Diagnostincs was a few minutes after I started up and had a quick impression.
Is it possible to be started up before delivery to install new firmware by the seller ?
