Sony Xperia Z3 Dual - D6633 - Can't hear caller voice

Hello,

Sony Xperia Z3 Dual - D6633 almost a year ago, and since then I'm having an issue with the voice, whenever I receive a call, I can't hear his/her voice, it's always breaking or (noisy) and dropping down ( I can't even understand a word from the caller). I had tried all the suggested option in sony talk, but no use!! 

I'm disappinted and I wish this issue could be resolved with your help and suggestion!! Please advise!!

Repair the phone with PCC, if that doesn't work, it might be a network issue.

it is not a network issue, I tried another service provider, but the same issue presists, however, will try your suggestion and get back to you. Thank you.
