Sony xperia Z1 is purchased from England and purchased from phones4u mobile store IMEI no, warranty is 2 years But I live in TURKEY, Although Britain 's phone bill I received my phone was repaired unfortunately in Turkey,Turkey is a country member of the European economic community. Although the warranty repair service on my phone, unfortunately, services is not my repair phone

The guarantee was continuing , but unfortunately wait for the end of the warranty period of the last days of my phone did not guarantee

I understand your frustration but as you stated the warranty it's only available in the UK, as far as your experience with  Arvato Teleservice there's not much to suggest here other than contact them again, perhaps speak with a supervisor.
