sony xperia z1 compact sound low or high

 when i listen some music is my z1 compact phone.. then suddenly the speaker sound low automatically after 5 minutes the speaker sound high agine....wat is this problem? plz give a soloution!!!!!

no.. i have another problem that charging issus.. i upgrade my z1 compact to lollipop. after then my phone not charging fully only 95%.. what is this problem!! i repair my phone in sony pc compenion .. but not so well. agine i face that problem.. plz give a soloution..
