Sony Xperia Z tablet typing fault

When I am typing in word on officesuite pro it jumps, always to the same place on the page, when I press the delete/back space button. So if I need to delete a word I have just typed, I'll press delete and it will then jump up a few lines and start deleting up there. Incredibly frustrating. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

When I type. My Experia Z choose automaticaly an another word. That I do not want to. So it is not possible to type me messages very fast. I have to look for every word that I want to type it.  It is not possible to delete the automatic typing extension. 

Apple is trying to support Companies with theri Iphone. I hope that the stop with the automatic extensions for typing. I will never buy an Xperia tablet anymore

I have a similar issue.

When touching the return pad for a new line, it will not insert a new line. I have type one character the touch before the character just typed the press return. Sometimes when trying to added a new line the return key acts like back-delete... This whole paragraph is written like this as the return key is not working correctly. I would like to add a new l7ne..,. Qlso when typing I press a character examples press a and letter q is shown... Same as when wanting character i number 7 is inserted. It's as though the keyboard map is not inline or insink with the touchscreen. Hope this gives an example on the issue.
