Sony xperia Z sound gone after the screen was changed

Hello.
My Sony Xperia Z has no sound since its screen was changed. It's like on mute all the time. You can make calls, you hear when other person speaks, but you can't hear when it rings, when music is played, etc. Where could be the problem? Everything worked before the screen change.

perhaps the person who replaced the screen didn't connected the loud speaker ribbon properly or damaged the ribbon, was this done at a Xperia Care or somewhere else?
