Sony Xperia Z should launch with Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean)

I believe Sony should realese the Xperia Z with 4.2.1 so as to outpace its competitors even if they postpone it accordingly to skin the 4.2.1 with Timescape UI it is really neccesary at this time cause 4.2.1 was released on 27th November

One can argue it should get updates sooner than later but which OS it should ship with....well unless your last name is Sony....
