Still no update for C6602 in India..........whats going on??????....Disappointed....how Sony can miss such a huge market for update..???

they haven't missed it, it's up to carrier/country to publish it so if your customization number is under a carrier then that carrier will have to publish 4.3 update to your phone. only Generic IN = India has got 4.3 so far which is a unbranded/unlocked xperia z phones.

Hey , im in lebanon and still no update to 4.3 
Any idea i can know or something for timing ?

Just contact your network provider if your phone is branded.
