Sony xperia U restarting

Hello, 

I had android 2.6 and when  turn on wifi did not work. so I upgraded to Android version 4.0 and the problems have not gone away. In fact, so if I turn on wifi error occurs and the phone begins to reset itself. so even if I take the battery out and the phone is restarted is displayed xperia and then starts again be reset. When i fix a phone with sony companion, the phone starts normally, but I can not turn on wifi and i can`t use it, because the problem occurs again ...

Who knows what kind of solution?

I think that this is not a software error because I tried both versions 2.6 and 4.0 but Hw, maby wifi module?

sadly i have the same prob 😕 

i was runnning android 4.3 when all of a sudden my wifi tur ned off and the phone rebooted

but kept rebooting 😕

so i tried reflashing the rom still no solution ... i have tried various other roms and kernals but nothing ha solved this

looks like we've blown our wifi adapter ? idk im not too sure though .. i even happed a forum saying the prob may be caused by a hardware failiure 😕
