Sony xperia u desktop rotation problem

Hi i have up date my xperia u anroid vertion to 4.0.4 and i have a problem wit desktop rotation . my phon desktop is rotate when its chrging but wen i un plug the charger the desktop rotation not working hwo can i fix this problem ??

It won't rotate unless its charging, you have 2 options

1) download an app that will force rotate the homescreen

or

2) use a different home launcher

but my friends xperia home screen was rotate automaticly when it up date to 4.0.4 but my onr dos not why ??

They either have the app or have a different home launcher or their phones were charging

Maybe he was using an app or he was in a media file.
