sony xperia tipo gets heated up badly , and battery gets used up on its own ..i have shown this to sony centre earlier but this is the repeated problem ..the phone is still in warranty ...
the phone gets heated up and battery gets used and even if i full charge and sleep the phone will drain off the battery and shut down in 2 hours obviously i havent even touched the phone neither any apps are running wat makes it hot and battery usage....it gets soo hot it becomes even difficult to hold
i tried with update service ....nothing happened ..its still getting heated like a boiled potato...can i get a replacement ? wat do i have to do to get one ? in worst case get money back? coz i am as such not able to use the phone it gets soo hot...:( please suggest the process of replacement..
htye have only one thing to say keep the phone at service centre for 8-10 days they l check and tell and say...which they have already done before as i mentioned earlier that i already gave once before to service centre and mobile was there for 8 days..now again i dont want to keep for 10 days ...they say replacement is only possible for 7 days after purchase and now i have only one option to get repaired and roam with a hot phone in my pocket
