sony xperia st15i keeps on vibrating it suckssss

i'm from  India(mumbai) and i'm also facing the same problem. i also have problem while receivingand making calls. whenever there is an incoming call the touch buttons stop responding and when i press those hardware keys the phone keeps on vibrating even if the call is disconnected and i have to remove the battery. but same problem i'm really frustated coz i cant use my cell whenever i try to open some application the back key activates n application is closed

and while browsing the option key operates automatically and menu appears and phone keeps on vibrating even messaging is not posible this phone sucksss

Try doing a repair using PC companion software.

It will show your software is up to date, but if you click on the same, you will get a repair option.

Dont forget to take a backup of all your data, a repair will wipe everything.
