Sony Xperia SP Touchscreen Problem

Hi Support,

My Xperia SP's top part of screen (about 1.5 cm) is not working/responding. I am unable to slide down the banner on the top most part of screen. 

This problem appeared before the latest upgrade also once. After the upgrade this has again occurred.

Please suggest.

How to stop this problem... I have same bug. I am from Serbia and don't know how to fix this
