sony xperia sp is not switching on!!

I am using Sony xperia sp,recently my phone is switch off due to battery drained and its not switching on once the charge s fully done,the following steps is coming repeatedly but not swtiching on,

1.SONY word with led lightens in red
2.next step the XPERIA word comes
3.Finally the waves has to come but in my phone its not coming...

Please help me to resolve this problem....

Hi Alex,
I did the process by charging it and right now it has 100 % charge but the multi color waves are not coming!!again it starts to same problem!!

No,not yet can you pls say me in briefly so that I can understand clearly...because I have some doubts since my mobile is in switch off will it automatically detect in laptop with pc companion software??

No,Pc companion will not be able to detect your device.Sony update service however needs the phone turned off.

Hi Alex,

i updated my phone to 4.3 version...now it is switching on properly and thanks for your guidance,actually i gave my phone to service centre and i did the version update,but i need a proper reason why mobile behaving like that,in service centre they told its due to software error,but what i need is why such software error is occurring is there any precautions to carry out?? Kindly advice.....And also the problem which i am facing now is the camera clarity is not good it is blurred...will it be due to version update??

Alex I did the same thing u advised. But even after trying to force restart my phone by removing back cover & using off key the phone did not started nither it was detected bt SUS. So I send the phone to service center & they tole me that it is my display problem & there are gonna replace that. My phone was updated to latest firmware. :smileyrolleyes::smileyrolleyes:
