Sony Xperia SP. Encoding Problem

Hello 

I have a big problem!

Today I have encoding my phone. After it done it, I turn it on and I enter my password.

Then the telephone schows me an android logo and turn off. it restarts and turned off again.

It turn on again and I should enter my password again.

I do it again, but the sam problem again. Now i can´t enter and use my telephone.

When i pluged my device into the pc, i can´t set it back to the factory settings.

I have do the encoding at the settings>secure.

I need help!!!

Hi,

You should be able to repair the phone software using PC Companion.

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected and follow the instructions in the program. It will tell you when and how to connect to the PC.
