Hi,
The handset not start charging. I have already submitted my handset your service station before 10-15 days that time handset was dead because of not able to charged.
The service department told me this problem due to mother board and we have replaced the same.
After few days I am facing the same problem, I have changed the charger, socketpins, USB, etc but some times its started charging when u insert the pin twice thrice or many time.
I have purchased this handset as on 31Dec 2013 and in 3 moths of time span I am facing these issues.
Really I am very disappointed with the products from a reputed brand.
Please do not suggest me that go to service centre again.
I required replacement of this handset.
I am also attaching the all bills and job sheet with this mail.
