I just bought my phone 2 weeks ago on contract i only dropped the phone twice on soft places like the carpet and didnt play the music throught the speakerphone alot i mostly used my headphones. One day it was working properly then in the afternoon a distorted sound started to come from the speaker and it kept stopping i restarted the phone many times but it didnt work and it starts to freeze occasionaly. Will the retailer give me a replacement or fix the phone for me? and what is wrong with the phone and have some people experienced the same problem?
I couldn't tell you if the drops are related to the problem, but do you think the distorted sound has anything to do with the phone freezing? Sometimes when the phone freezes, the audio freezes too. In that case you would only need to try a software update. In case of a hardware issue you would need to contact Sony Mobile in your location for repair options.
