Sony xperia s Audio problems

i was updated my phone to ics. it is working perfectly from last 1 month.

Right now i got some problem in audio speakers. when call to any number or recieve any call the EAR Speaker sound is not coming, it is working only LOUD Speker only,

and when i am playing any audio or video the back Side Speaker also not working.

i think there is some audio root software problem, So how to reinstall OS on my mobile. Please help me urgent
