Sony Xperia Neo L Volume/Audio Problem (Headset)

Guy's I have problem with my sony xperia neo l audio while using different brands of headset.. The sound on speaker is very excellent but using diffrent brands of headset the volume is full but the audio /sound is still too low.. . can you help me solved this problem guys? thanks=l
